"Platform": The “KSABill Saudi Invoicing” electronic service.

"Service": The electronic system for issuing and managing invoices online.

"User" or "Client": Any natural or legal person who creates an account and uses the Service.

"Data": All information entered by the Client into the system (invoices, customer details, commercial registration numbers, tax numbers, etc.).

All data entered through the Service remains the sole property of the Client.

The Company has no ownership rights over such data, and its role is limited to providing the Service as a technical tool.

New Clients are entitled to a free trial period of fifteen (15) days.

The Client is responsible for all data and invoices issued during the trial period or after subscription.

The Company is not responsible for any unlawful use of the Service.

The Client undertakes to use the Service in compliance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (including the E-Commerce Law, the Anti-Cybercrime Law, and the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority – ZATCA).

The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy and correctness of their data.

It is strictly prohibited to enter false information or to use the Service for fraudulent purposes.

The Company is not considered a party to any commercial transaction conducted via the Service.

The Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.

In all cases, the Company’s liability shall not exceed the value of the subscription fees paid by the Client during the last twelve (12) months.

The Company undertakes to apply security measures to protect Client data.

Client data will not be shared with third parties except with the Client’s consent or by request of official authorities.

We collect data entered by the Client into the Service (such as invoice details, customer information, and tax data).

We may also collect technical information (IP address, device type, browser) for security and analytical purposes.

Data is used solely to provide and improve the Service.

Data will not be sold or shared with third parties except with the Client’s consent or by request of official authorities.

We implement technical and administrative measures to protect data from unauthorized access.

However, the Client is responsible for safeguarding their login details and passwords.

We retain Client data as long as the account remains active, or as required by Saudi regulations.

The Client has the right to access, amend, or request deletion of their data, unless restricted by legal obligations

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account proven to be used to issue fake or misleading invoices, and to notify the relevant authorities as necessary..
